Michael is a Partner in Rodgers & Co, heading the Aged Care Division. He is a member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants, the NZ Institute of Management and the Institute of Directors. Michael has worked extensively in Chartered Accounting, corporate reconstruction and management, and has a great deal of experience in the commercial sector as General Manager of a major manufacturing and exporting company. Currently Michael is involved in management consultancy, stragetic work and restructure for many clients, and is also actively involved in managing several client companies. He sits on many boards as a board member and business advisor, and often enjoys a game of golf. 
Andrea Zahn - Associate Director Andrea is Michael’s right hand person and leading the team in the Aged Care Division. She gained her accounting qualifications in her native Germany and moved to New Zealand in 2004. Andrea has a solid background in accounting, finance and IT. Passionate about the outdoors she finds her balance outside the office in New Zealand’s backcountry - on her bike or in her hiking boots. 
Yvette Absalom Horton - Senior Accountant Evie works remotely for the Aged Care Division from Wellington. She has a BCom in Accounting from the University of Otago, and is a member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants. She has accounting experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Evie has an interest in sustainability, and is a member of the NZICA Sustainability Interest Group. 
Lisa joined the firm from Hokitika, bringing with her seven years of tax and accounting experience in a Chartered Accounting environment. She holds a Diploma in Accounting and works primarily in the Aged Care Division preparing financial statements, tax returns and GST and administrating the Acclipse Software for the firm. Since July 2009, Lisa has been juggling work with an even bigger role - motherhood! 
Jenny is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, bringing extensive accounting experience in the business service sector. Recently Jenny has been working as a financial accountant in the corporate sector for a software development company, however the call of the public sector was too enticing and is now an accountant in our Aged Care Division. Jenny has a strong family focus, and enjoys getting involved in their activities and interests. She has been involved in many community and school groups over the years. |
